Neuromuscular Therapy - can help indivduals who experience distortion and biomechanical dysfunction, which is often a symptom of a deeper problem.  It is also used to locate and release spasms and hypercontraction in the tissue, eliminate trigger points that cause referred pain, rebuild the strenght of injured tissues, assist venous and lymphatic flow and restore postural alignment, proper biomechanics, and flexibility to the tissues.

Pregnacny Massage Therapy - the prenatal use of massage therapy to support the physiologic, structural, and emotional well-being of both mother and fetus.  Various forms of massage therapy, including Sweedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, movement, and Oriental-based therapies, may be applied throughout pregnancy as well as during labor and the postpartum period.

Sports Massage - is a technique used to alleviate inflammation and reduce injuries. This massage is designed to help prevent injuries, promote flexibility, improve endurance and could help remove fatigue. The Sports Massage is for the novice or professional athlete either before, during or even at the end of their training events.

Clinical Massage - the Clinical Massage goes hand and hand with the chiropractic adjustment. The massage therapist will perform soft tissue work to help alleviate muscle strain. The Clinical Massage helps the individual that is usually suffering from injuries or chronic pain.

Deep Tissue Massage - focuses on the release of chronic patterns of tension and pain in the body. During this technique the massage therapist uses slow steady strokes and deep finger, elbow, palm and forearm pressure on the contacted areas while following or going across the grain of the muscles or tendons.
