Office Manager
Marketing Director

John is responsible for all the office operations and promotions.  He has over 17 years experience in sales/marketing and management.  John enjoys meetings all the patients and is available for any comments you have about the office.  John is originally from upstate New York.  He has a BA in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College.  John loves hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, camping and open wheel racing (IRL and F1) but his greatest love is being in the mountains of the Adirondacks or the NC mountains.  He is also a licensed Realtor in North and South Carolina.  John's favorite thing about ProHealth & Wellness is the concern and passion that Dr. Clare has for his patients.  Motto:  "Get Outside and Enjoy What God Has Created"

De Borah Stephens Inman
IARC (Insurance Accounts Receivable Coordinator)

De Borah has been immersed in the Chiropractic field for more than 15 years.  She is a licensed CA, X-ray tech, and accomplished Insurance Coordinator.  De Borah has built two successful clinics from the ground up to include, staff recruitment, doctor recruitment, successful marketing, community awareness, and insurance/billing training.  De Borah maintains an integral part of the industry and prides herself on staying with the cutting edge.  De Borah is married to her husband Paul and they have a 13 year old son, and her baby of the house Zeus (dog).  Words of Wisdom: "Always look for a reason to make your life and the life of others the best it can be".

Amanda Charles
Massage Therapist
Chiropractic Assistant

Amanda  became a Massage Therapist in May of 2004. She graduated from Trocaire College in Buffalo, New York with a A.A.S. in Applied Science/Massage Therapy. She is currently working on her B.S. in Alternative Medicine and specializes in swedish, pregnancy, deep tissue and medical neuromuscular massage.  Amanda is also one of our chiropractic assistants and performs computerized new patient exams, re-exams and therapies.  She also assists Dr. Clare in all aspects of patient care such as additional therapies and patient education. 

Penne Lockee-Stutts

Certified Chiropractic Assistant

Penne grew up in Valdese, NC and China Grove, NC.  As a teenager and young adult she was a cheerleader, ran track and practiced Martial Arts for many years.  As such, she understands how important chiropractic is for our youth.  Penne is the mother of 4 boys ranging in age from 10 - 24 and is now a grandmother.  She has been a chiropractic assistant for 14 years and earned certification through Cleveland Chiopractic College.  During her career she has worked with many wonderful people, most special her husband and two sisters at her first clinic.  She has taught certification classes for chiropractic assistants, given insurance seminars and consulted chiropractic clinics to teach chiropractic assistants good customer service and how to correctly file insurance for maximum reimbursement.  "It's great to be working with Dr. Clare and his wonderful staff.  Our patients are the best!!"
